  • Candidate should have good communication skills - MUST

  • Should ready for day/night shifts

  • Candidate from call center preferred.

  • High school degree - MUST

  • One/ two years of customer service experience; Call Centre experience is an asset

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ( English/Hindi spoken and written)

  • Ability to analyze customer requests and show empathy towards customers via phone and email, ability to stay calm, attentive to detail, great team player

  • Computer skills (PC applications, email) & Knowledge of call tracking tools etc.
