Customer Service Executive (Telugu/Tamil)


Job Description

  • Answer calls, Live Chat & Emails professionally to provide information about products and services, resolve issues & set exemplary standards of service.

  • Keep records & recording details of customer transactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

  • Process withdrawal requests, complete KYC & create/complete Zoho task tickets.

  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate and timely actions are taken on customers' requests.

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

  • Make outbound phone calls to maximize sale/deposit conversion.

Key Skills

  • Extremely good oral communications skills in Telugu/Tamil

  • Basic MS Excel, word and email skills

  • Ability to listen & solve customer issues

  • Good interpersonal and writing skills

  • Ability to handle pressure

  • Can speak English/Hindi also
